About Zac
I am a woman, mother, wife, daughter, and a fellow traveller on this beautiful road of life. For ten years, I held space as a clinical psychologist. Yet what I longed for most was to sit in circle - not to fix, but to witness, uplift and be in communion with other women.
I dreamed of creating a space where women could lay down the weight of what the world told them to be, and remember who they truly are. And so, The Return was born—for you, for me, for every woman walking the path home to herself.
With over seven years of university training and a decade of working almost exclusively with women and girls, I have come to deeply understand the challenges we face today—the quiet erosion of self-worth, the forgetting of our own value, the disconnection from body and voice. I have witnessed the courage it takes to turn inward and to re-learn what it feels like to embody the fullness of who we are.
Alongside my professional work, I have walked my own journey home. I too have had to peel back the layers of “shoulds” I absorbed—who I should be, how I should act, what I should say. I have had to re-discover safeness within, and learn to show up for myself again and again. This journey continues, but what I have gathered along the way, I now share with you.
My work weaves science, clinical wisdom, and personal truth into offerings that are both grounded and soulful. What my years as a Clinical Psychologist have shown me most clearly is the power of community—that when women come together, healing expands, change unfolds and we return to who we’ve always been.
