The Return Offerings

Throughout the year, I hold a series of retreats and special gatherings in Melbourne and across Australia. These retreats are not workshops, not therapy, and not coaching. They are something altogether different—an invitation into a sacred space for women who are ready to unlearn the roles they’ve carried, soften into their truth, and remember their divine self.

At The Return, we come together in circle to share stories and wisdom, to write and reflect, to move gently through yoga and somatic practices, and to re-establish a deep sense of safeness within the body. These retreats are woven with themes of listening inward, attuning to our “yes” and our “no,” and reclaiming the freedom to choose our own path forward.

Through ritual, reflection, and the collective holding of women in circle, The Return becomes a homecoming—a return to the wholeness that was always within you.

Honouring Your Needs in Times of Stress

When the world feels loud and your capacity feels narrow, how do you tend to yourself?

We live in a culture that rewards constant doing & productivity, often at the expense of our wellbeing. When stress takes over, our window of tolerance shrinks, our bodies tighten, and we can find ourselves spiraling before we’ve even realised we’re overwhelmed.

But what if you could catch the shift before the spiral?

Join me along with Carolina Moya, Pilates & Yoga Instructor for a nourishing, 3-hour workshop designed to help you understand your nervous system, map your personal warning signs, and reclaim your sense of balance and presence.

What We Will Explore Together:

  • The Science of Your Stress Response: We’ll demystify the physiology of burnout, unpack the "window of tolerance” to understand what happens internally when stress takes the wheel.

  • The Art of Micro-Tracking: Learn how to check in with yourself moment-to-moment and make conscious, supportive choices in real time.

  • Preventing the Spiral: Identify your unique early warning signs and map out concrete, practical strategies to anchor yourself before overwhelm sets in.

  • Somatic & Yin Movement: Be guided through grounding movement sequences and restorative Yin Yoga designed to release stored tension, soothe the nervous system, and drop you back into your body.

  • The Power of Presence & Connection: Opportunity for internal reflection and to participate in a supportive sharing circle, offering a safe space to be seen, heard, and held in community.
