FAQs

  • What kind of women do you work with?

The Return welcomes women of all ages and stages who feel called to reconnect with themselves. Many are navigating life transitions - such as motherhood, career change, perimenopause, or retirement - and are ready to deepen their self-awareness. This space is for those with an open heart and mind, who are emotionally safe and supported.

  • What can I expect on a retreat?

Three days and two nights of slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering who you are beneath all the doing. Expect nourishing chef-prepared meals, soulful workshops, yoga and somatic movement, guided reflection, beach walks, spaciousness, and moments of both solitude and deep connection with like-minded women.
