As the year begins to gather speed and December fills with movement, planning, and emotional load, this circle offers something different - a sacred place for women to come together, share experiences, and support each other as we prepare to enter a new year.

Join me on Wednesday 10th December, 7-9pm, at the beautiful, energetically aligned space of Curate U in Thornbury for an evening devoted to connection, reflection and intentionality.

Together, we'll slow down the pace and turn inward. We'll explore:

• Guided, grounding meditation

• A reflective look at the year that's been - your growth, lessons, and moments that shaped you

• Journaling prompts and ritual to support clarity and insight

• Sharing circle around what you want the final month of 2025 to hold, and

• The energy, boundaries and intentions you want to welcome 2026 with

• Connection with like-minded women

• Nibbles and tea to noursh the evening
